Return Policy:

All Home Supply will exchange/ refund all product that still remains unopened and strapped in the box. No opened boxes shall be permitted to be exchanged or refunded.

We will refund product pending, the boxes have not been mistreated in any way, and that the wood has not been exposed to severe humidity changes. There is a 20% overstock fee which we charge on all orders that did not contain defective material.

We will only refund product that is a normal stocking item that we sell. Any item bought on sale or special may not be allowed for exchange. Every product on this website is a normal stocking item from All Home Supply Inc.

A two week (14 day including weekends and holiday) deadline on returned flooring apples on all orders from the time that the order was received by the customer.
